May 2, 2007 (RFE/RL) -- Kyrgyzstan's Central Election Commission has annulled by-election results in the northern town of Kemin, saying the vote was marred by fraud, RFE/RL's Kyrgyz Service reported.
The commission said on May 1 that it found several cases of vote fraud in the constituency, where 13 candidates challenged each other in an April 29 election.
The commission terminated the mandate of Kemin's election commission earlier in the day.
