Security Service Building In Ingushetia Fired On

July 28, 2007 -- A Federal Security Service building in Russia's volatile Caucasus region has come under attack.

According to Interfax, a soldier was killed and another wounded in the July 27 grenade-launcher attack in Nazran, the regional capital of Ingushetia.

The incident comes a day after Russia launched a security crackdown in Ingushetia to counter what Russian officials say is growing lawlessness there.

Ingushetia borders war-torn Chechnya.
