Kazakhstan Banks On Uranium Plant

Kazakhstan is bidding to host a uranium bank -- a secure storage site for nuclear fuel -- in cooperation with the IAEA. If the bid is successful, it means a new role for Kazakhstan in helping to ensure nuclear security.
