Amnesty International has released its annual report on the state of human rights worldwide. In video comments released by the rights watchdog, Europe & Central Asia Program Director Nicola Duckworth says Azerbaijan, Belarus, Russia and parts of Central Asia are seeing a continuing trend of repression and rights violations.
