Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin joined bikers at a festival in the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk on August 29, riding a three-wheeled Harley-Davidson at the head of a bikers' motorcade. He then spoke from a stage set up on a port quayside with a battleship as a backdrop.
