After Elections, Georgians Relax, Celebrate At Capital's Festival

Georgians relax and have fun during the weekend-long annual city celebration, called "Tbilisoba." The festival features concerts and various cultural events. It follows a long election campaign, which ended with a peaceful transfer of power for the first time in the country's post-Soviet history.
