Georgia's Interior Minister: Arrests Have No Political Motives

Georgia's new government has ruled out any political motives behind the arrests of former officials from the ousted administration of President Mikheil Saakashvili. More than 20 former officials and government members -- including a former interior minister and the army's acting chief of staff -- have so far been arrested, questioned, or charged with abuse of power, illegal confinement, or illegally obtaining personal information.
