Director Oliver Stone Discusses Scrapped Iran Project

U.S. film director Oliver Stone recently attended the Karlovy Vary film festival in the Czech Republic, where he received a Crystal Globe award for his contribution to world cinema. During the festival, Mohammad Zarghami and Mehrdad Karimian from RFE/RL's Radio Farda spoke to Stone about one of his unrealized projects: a planned documentary about Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadinejad. Stone, who is known for tackling controversial political subjects, also discussed his eldest son's decision to convert to Islam.
