Vox Pops: Is Azerbaijan Dependent On Russia?

Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to make a one-day visit to Azerbaijan on August 13 to discuss issues including trade, energy, and transportation. Ahead of the visit, RFE/RL's Azerbaijani Service asked people in Baku to share their opinions on whether Azerbaijan is dependent on Russia and on the positive or negative aspects of the two countries' relations.
