Is Corruption Becoming A Top Russian Export?

The anticorruption watchdog Transparency International says in a new report that Russian firms are the most likely to pay bribes when trying to win contracts abroad.

For its 2008 Bribe Payers Index, the organization interviewed 2,742 senior business executives from 22 of the world's leading economies.

The study found that Russian companies bribed the most, followed closely by China, Mexico, and India.

Belgian and Canadian firms were the least likely to bribe.
