Protester Arrested For Wearing Putin Mask In Red Square

Moscow police have once again arrested anti-Putin protester Roman Roslovtsev. The performance artist was seized in Red Square for wearing a mask of the Russian president. Roslovtsev was campaigning against a law designed to ban mass protests in Russia. (RFE/RL's Russian Service)
