Fighting Reported In Nagorno-Karabakh

Fighting broke out early on April 2 in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh inside Azerbaijan. Video shot in the Azerbaijani town of Terter, near the line of control of Nagorno-Karabakh, shows shots being fired before dawn, damage from bullets or shrapnel, and people fleeing along the road, apparently in search of safety.
