Azerbaijani Oil Rig In Flames

Flames licked high into the night sky at a Caspian Sea oil rig, as Azerbaijani firefighting ships doused water on the blaze three days after it began in a storm. Reports indicated dozens of people have been killed. (RFE/RL's Azerbaijani Service)
