Forget Buckingham Palace and Big Ben -- London's newest bus tour shows visitors the palatial homes of Russian and Ukrainian oligarchs. Dubbed the Kleptocracy Tour, it's been organized by anticorruption campaigners in cooperation with two think tanks, the Hudson Institute and the Henry Jackson Society.
