MONDAY, January 31:

Bosnia-Herzegovina: Bosnian political leaders meet to discuss the formation of central government.

EU: EU Foreign Affairs Council meets to discuss Belarus, Iran, the Middle East, and Russia.

Pakistan: United States Institute of Peace holds a conference titled: "The Future of Pakistan" in Washington.

Russia: Russian opposition to hold a rally in Moscow’s Triumph Square and other Russian cities.


TUESDAY, February 1:

Azerbaijan/Greece: Meeting of Azerbaijan-Greece intergovernmental commission.

Russia: A monument to Russia’s first president, Boris Yeltsin, to be unveiled in Yekaterinburg as part of the celebrations of the 80th anniversary of Boris Yeltsin's birth.

Kyrgyzstan: Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is scheduled to visit Bishkek for talks on trade and investment (to February 2).

Ukraine: IMF mission visits Kyiv to review its loan program with the country.

World: World Interfaith Harmony Week.


WEDNESDAY, February 2:

Georgia: Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze to visit Luxembourg.

Iraq: Overseas Security Advisory Council holds meeting in Baghdad.

Belarus: Poland to host conference to aid Belarusian opposition.

Russia: Investment bank Troika Dialog holds an international conference billed as the Russian Davos in Moscow (to February 4).


THURSDAY, February 3:

Ukraine: Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister on Economic Affairs Serhiy Tihipko visits Slovakia to study pension reform.

Ukraine: Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych pays a state visit to Poland (to February 4).


FRIDAY, February 4:
