The European Union's foreign policy chief, Federica Mogherini, said those behind a suspected chemical attack in a rebel-held town in Syria must be held accountable. She was speaking at a news conference in Brussels on April 4 at the start of a two-day international conference aimed at shoring up the Syrian peace talks. The UN Special Envoy for Syria, Staffan de Mistura, described the attack on the town of Khan Sheikhun in Syria’s northwest province of Idlib as "horrific." (Reuters)
