The European Court of Human Rights has ruled Britain can extradite an Egyptian-born radical Muslim cleric and four other terror suspects to the United States.
The court in Strasbourg, France, ruled there "would be no violation of human rights" if Mustafa Kamal Mustafa, also known as Abu Hamza al-Masri, and four others were extradited to the United States.
The court gave the suspects three months to appeal.
Based on charges filed in the United States, the suspects face possible life sentences in maximum security facilities.
Abu Hamza is charged with a number of alleged terror crimes, including trying to set up a terrorist training camp in the United States.
Judges said they would consider further the case of a sixth suspect because of alleged mental problems.
