War crimes prosecutors have arrested a former guerrilla leader and ex-speaker of Kosovo's parliament, Jakup Krasniqi. With the cooperation of local police and security forces for the EU's rule-of-law mission, Krasniqi was taken into custody on November 4 after a predawn raid in Kosovo's capital, Pristina.
