France has suffered another mass killing on its soil. At least 84 people were killed when a man drove a heavy truck at high speed into a crowd celebrating Bastille Day in the resort city of Nice, late on July 14. The apparently lone attacker plowed through people for about two kilometers along the seafront where thousands spectators had just watched a fireworks display. President Francois Hollande called it another act of terrorism in France. (UGC/AFP/REUTERS)
