Viktor Orban, Hungary’s right-wing, antimigrant prime minister, has declared a "historic" victory for his ruling Fidesz party in a national election on April 8. Fidesz and its ally, the Christian Democrats, appeared to be close to achieving a two-thirds majority in parliament that could allow them to change the country's constitution. (AP)
