Iran's official IRNA news agency reports the Iranian parliament has given its backing to the government to implement a nuclear deal with world powers.
However, in passing the bill in support of the deal, Iranian lawmakers added that international inspectors would have only limited access to Iran's military sites.
"The bill to implement the JCPOA ... was passed in a public session on Tuesday with 161 votes in favor," IRNA said, referring to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action reached in July.
Under the deal, sanctions against Iran will gradually be lifted in return for Tehran imposing curbs on its nuclear activities.
There were 59 votes against and 13 abstentions.
The bill had passed a preliminary vote on October 11 by a smaller margin and will now be submitted to a clerical body for final approval and passage into law.
