The Golden Bear is the Berlin film festival's top award

Italian docu-drama "Cesar Must Die" has been awarded the Berlin film festival's top award.

Veteran directors Paolo and Vittorio Taviani's movie showing inmates at a high security prison staging Shakespeare's "Julius Cesar" received this year's Golden Bear award on February 18.

The international jury who picked the winner was led by British director Mike Leigh.
