Abe Wraps Up Central Asia Tour

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe pledged to strengthen economic ties with Kazakhstan, as he held talks in the capital Astana at the end of a week-long tour of Central Asia. He described the country as a "precious partner" and pledged to help it build its first nuclear plant. (RFE/RL's Kazakh Service)
