Serbia's President Addresses Serbian Minority In Kosovo

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic visited Kosovo's ethnically divided town of Mitrovica on September 9. In an address to members of the Serbian ethnic minority, Vucic defended his willingness to renegotiate the border with Kosovo. He also denied that he would recognize Kosovo's independence, adding, "The only thing that we want is to secure more rights for you and to achieve a compromise solution."
