Communists Unveil Lenin Statue In Minsk Amid Protests

Communists in Belarus celebrated the 99th anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution by unveiling a statue of the late Soviet leader Vladimir Lenin. Opposition activists from the "Young Front" movement tried to disrupt the event with chants of "shame, shame," and its leader was arrested. (RFE/RL's Belarus Service)
