Macedonia Shuts Door Completely To Migrants, Refugees

The Macedonian side of the border zone with Greece remained empty on March 9, after the government in Skopje closed entry to any refugees and migrants. The Macedonian government has decided that it must shut the door completely in response to the tighter policy of northern neighbors Serbia and Slovenia on the so-called Balkan route.
