Malaysia hopes that suspects in the July 2014 downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 should be known by the end of 2017, Transport Minister Liow Tiong Lai said. He was speaking to journalists on July 13 in Kuala Lumpur after briefing the families of the victims. The jet crashed in a area of eastern Ukraine controlled by Russia-backed separatists, killing all 298 people aboard. (Reuters)
