Norwegian media reports that all 13 people aboard a helicopter which crashed on the country's western coast April 29 are presumed dead.
Newspapers quoted a local police official coordinating operations, Terje Magnussen, as making the statement while rescue operations were wrapping up at the crash site.
The helicopter, with a crew of two pilots, was transporting 11 workers from a North Sea offshore oil rig when it crashed near the shoreline off the coast of Bergen, Norway's second largest city.
It was returning from the Gullfaks B platform in one of Norway's biggest offshore oil fields.
The oil platform is operated by Norway's state-owned Statoil.
