Two Russian websites have posted video they said showed a helicopter firing errant rockets at vehicles and bystanders watching the joint Russian-Belarusian military exercise Zapad 2017. Videos posted on September 19 by independent news sites Fontanka.ru and 66.ru showed rockets landing near at least two people. Citing unnamed sources, Fontanka.ru reported the incident occurred on September 18 and left one person with a concussion. State-run Russian media reported that Russia's Western Military District said a helicopter's systems had mistakenly acquired a target during a training drill, but did not confirm that it happened during Zapad 2017. The ministry also denied anyone had been injured. (Fontanka.ru, 66.Ru via Reuters)
