Ten people have been killed died and four injured in a plane crash on Kamchatka Peninsula in Russia’s Far East.
Officials said the Russian-designed Antonov An-28, carrying at least 12 passengers and two crew members, went down on September 12 when it was approaching the village of Palanka for landing.
The propelled plane took off from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, the provincial capital of Kamchatka.
The Interfax news agency quoted a local air traffic control source as saying heavy storm clouds and bad weather may have brought down the plane.
