U.S. President Donald Trump said that French President Emmanuel Macron’s recent comment that NATO is “brain-dead” was very insulting to the military alliance’s members. Trump made the comment during a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on December 3 ahead of a NATO leaders summit in London.
