Ukraine Says It Shot Down Russian Strategic Bomber

A Russian Tu-22M3 long-range warplane crashed in Russia's southern Stavropol region on April 19. Ukraine's air force says it was the first time it had shot down a Tu-22M3. The Russian Defense Ministry said the crash was due to a technical malfunction.
