Bolton Pays Respects At Nemtsov’s Murder Site

U.S. National Security Adviser John Bolton on October 23 laid flowers at the site where Russian opposition leader Boris Nemtsov was shot dead on February 27, 2015, as he walked across a bridge near the Kremlin. Nemtsov, who was one of President Vladimir Putin’s most vocal critics, had been working on a report examining Russia's role in the conflict in Ukraine. Bolton is in Russia to meet Putin and other leaders.
