U.S. Vice President Joe Biden highlighted twin threats, Russia and corruption, in a landmark speech to the Ukrainian parliament. Biden was applauded warmly as he said the United States would never recognize Russia's annexation of Crimea, and told lawmakers they had the chance to make a truly free, democratic Ukraine for the first time ever.
