Former U.S. Negotiator Warren Christopher Dies At 85

Former U.S. Secretary of State Warren Christopher, who helped bring peace to Bosnia and negotiated for the release of American hostages in Iran, has died at age 85.

He had reportedly been suffering from kidney and bladder cancer.

In a statement, President Barack Obama called Christopher a "skillful diplomat" and "a resolute pursuer of peace."
