Do you want to be inspired at work? Are you interested in a job with a powerful mission? We are looking for an experienced professional who enjoys an administrative support role. The selected candidate will work in one of the most diverse work environments in Prague - Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL).
As authoritarian governments around the world crack down on a free press and spread disinformation, RFE/RL’s mission is more critical than ever. We promote democratic values by providing accurate, uncensored news and open debate in countries where a free press is threatened, and disinformation is pervasive.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THIS ROLE?
You will report directly to the RFE/RL CEO/President, with a secondary reporting line to the Chief of Staff. You will provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the Office of the President, coordinate the President's schedule, correspondence, travel, and liaison activities with senior internal and external stakeholders across RFE/RL's global operations.
You will ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the Office of the President, enabling executive leadership to focus on organizational priorities and high-level strategic engagements. You will be an individual contributor without direct people management responsibility.
You will work in a very busy, highly complex, and exceptionally diverse international environment.
