Serbian President Calls For Close Ties With Bosnia


Serbian President Boris Tadic (file photo) (AFP) June 29, 2006 -- Serbian President Boris Tadic says his country has a "vital interest" in good cooperation with Bosnia-Herzegovina "in all fields."


Speaking in Sarajevo today after meeting his Bosnian counterpart, Sulejman Tihic, Tadic said Serbia "fully supports" Bosnia-Herzegovina's territorial integrity and does not support any possible change to Bosnia's borders.


Tadic earlier visited Croatia and Montenegro.
