Moscow, June 27 (RFE/RL) -- Talks on a prisoner exchange continued in the Chechen capital Grozny today, but top level negotiations on a peace settlement were postponed until tomorrow.
Interfax news agency said the two sides could not agree on where the top level talks should take place.
The Russian side wants them to be held in neighboring Ingushetia. The Chechens want them to take place in Southern Chechnya.
Interfax quotes the Chechen delegation as saying that its security could not be guaranteed in Ingushetia.
