Moscow, 17 July 2003 (RFE/RL) -- Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov today said the country's privatization process could not be reversed. Kasyanov today told a cabinet meeting that he has always believed that the results of previous years' privatizations are "irreversible."
