Cypriots lined up to withdraw money as the country's banks opened for the first time in nearly two weeks. Most accounts were frozen on March 16 to prevent depositors from withdrawing money as a bailout was negotiated. The Finance Ministry has put strict controls on consumer banking, including limiting the amount customers can withdraw to 300 euros per day. (AP)
