Kyiv Demonstrators Attack Institutions Linked To Russia
A crowd of around 100 Ukrainian far-right demonstrators burned the Russian flag and attacked institutions linked to Russia during a rally on February 18 in Kyiv. The event that turned violent was organized by nationalist leader Mykola Kokhanivskyy. Some of the protesters smashed windows in branches of the Russian-owned Sberbank and Alfa-Bank as well as the Ukrainian headquarters of a Russian aid agency.
