Minsk's Pershamaysky district court has found a youth activist guilty of hooliganism and resistance to law enforcement officials, RFE/RL's Belarus Service reports.
Ales Lyubenchuk, an activist of the unregistered Young Front movement, was ordered to pay 770 Belarusian rubles (about $280) as a fine.
He was detained on April 16 while filming a policeman in civilian clothes who was taking pictures of the people who were attending the trial of another youth activist, Zmitr Khvedaruk.
