A passenger plane en route from South Africa to Libya has crashed on its approach to Tripoli airport, reportedly killing more than 100 people.
An unnamed Libyan official was quoted as saying that 94 passengers and 11 crew members were on board, adding that there were no survivors.
But Libya's transport minister later said a Dutch boy had survived the crash.
A Tripoli airport spokesperson said the plane crash-landed after a flight from Johannesburg, South Africa.
Al Arabiya television network, citing official sources, identified the plane as Libyan but gave no other details.
