Russian State News Agency Honors Barack Obama On His Birthday

Russia's state-owned news agency RIA Novosti has put together a fawning video in honor of Barack Obama's birthday today. Unlike Putin, though, he doesn't shoot any tigers.

First the hamburgers, now this. What more evidence do you need that the reset is working?
