I've been making some inquiries about the work of major international transport companies with offices in Poti. The three biggest are Danish, Norwegian, and French, but there are many other, smaller ones. It looks like all of those companies continue to work normally. As far as I'm aware, for the last three days no one at the Russian checkpoints has even checked the documents of their trailers.
The amount of goods processed by the Poti customs office has decreased somewhat, but the port itself continues to work at an intensified rate -- they are now operating around-the-clock. Everyone is very mobilized, since the country remains under martial law.
