One person was killed and at least three injured when their car hit a mine in the Kashatagh Province of the disputed Azerbaijani region of Nagorno-Karabakh on July 22.
Officials of the self-proclaimed republic say those injured include Ruben Khlgatian, the mayor of the western Armenian city of Armavir.
The car's driver was killed in the explosion.
The injured were transported to a medical center in the Armenian capital, Yerevan.
Nagorno-Karabakh's de facto Defense Minister Seiran Ohanian said last week that a group of Azerbaijanis had been arrested in the breakaway region on suspicion of sabotage.
Baku and Yerevan remain locked in hostilities over Nagorno-Karabakh, which was violently seized from Azerbaijan by Armenian-backed separatists in the early 1990s.
