MONDAY, July 25:

Azerbaijan/Poland: Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski visits Baku (to July 26).

Balkans/ICTY: War crimes fugitive Goran Hadzic's initial appearance before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) is scheduled to be held in The Hague.

Belarus: Collective Security Treaty Organisation Secretary-General Nikolai Bordyuzha visits Minsk.

Iran: The oil ministers of Iraq, Iran, and Syria sign a major gas deal.

Russia/Azerbaijan: Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov visits Baku to discuss issue of extending the lease term of the Gabala radar station.

Serbia/Czech Republic: Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic visits Prague to discuss bilateral relations and the EU integration efforts of Serbia and Western Balkans.


TUESDAY, July 26:

Georgia/Poland: Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski visits Batumi (to July 27).

Russia: A Russian court in Velsk to consider granting parole to jailed Russian tycoon Platon Lebedev (to July 27).

Serbia/Czech Republic: Serbian President Boris Tadic travels to Prague to receive the Polak Award for his contribution to democratic and economic reforms in Central and Eastern Europe.

Ukraine: Church leaders of Russia, Georgia, and Ukraine hold a meeting in Kyiv (to July 28).

UN: Launch of UN's World Investment Report 2011 in Geneva.


WEDNESDAY, July 27:

Azerbaijan/Turkey: Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is expected to visit Baku.

Russia: Dagestan Economic Forum opens in Makhachkala (to July 28).

India/Pakistan: Foreign Ministers of India and Pakistan meet in New Delhi to discuss bilateral relations.
