MONDAY, October 29:

Belarus/Russia: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov visits Minsk (to October 30).

Bosnia-Herzegovina/EU/U.S.: EU High Representative Catherine Ashton and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton make a joint visit to Sarajevo.

Bosnia-Herzegovina: UN Special Rapporteur Rashida Manjoo visits Bosnia-Herzegovina to gather information on the issue of violence against women in the country.

Croatia: Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic to be received by Pope Benedict XVI at the Vatican.

WEDNESDAY, October 31:
