MONDAY, February 24:

Armenia/Russia: Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sarkisian hold a meeting in Sochi to discuss bilateral ties.

Croatia/Serbia: Croatian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Vesna Pusic visits Belgrade.

EU: European Parliament's Plenary Session opens in Strasbourg (to February 27).

Ukraine: EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton visits Kyiv (to February 25).

U.S./Central Asia: The Elliott School of International Affairs in Washington hosts a discussion on the current state of affairs in Central Asia.

World: Barcelona hosts the Mobile World Congress (to February 27).

TUESDAY, February 25:

Armenia/Russia
: An Armenian government delegation travels to Moscow to discuss Armenia’s industrial integration with the Russia-led Customs Union.

Iran/Iraq: Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari visits Tehran.

Russia: U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Policy Glyn Davies visits Moscow for meetings with senior Russian officials to discuss North Korea policy.

WEDNESDAY, February 26:

NATO
: Brussels hosts the NATO Defense Ministers' Meetings (to February 27).

Serbia: IMF mission is scheduled to visit Belgrade (to March 13).


THURSDAY, February 27:

EU/Moldova: European Parliament is expected to approve visa-free regime between the EU and Moldova.

UK/Ukraine: Chatham House in London hosts a discussion titled "Insights Into Ukraine's Political Crisis."

U.S.: The U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is scheduled to release the 2013 Country Reports on Human Rights Practices.
