Residents Flee Flooded Neighborhoods In Houston
Emergency workers and volunteers helped residents evacuate badly flooded areas in Houston, Texas, late on August 28. Tens of thousands of people have fled their homes and at least three deaths have been confirmed as a result of Hurricane Harvey, now downgraded to a tropical storm. Authorities have warned that the flooding will worsen as heavy rains continue. (AP)
